Some Tips For Cooking Beef:
Hamburgers:
• Our hamburger patties make great quick and easy meals. Hamburger patties can be cooked directly out of the freezer on a hot skillet or grill.
Steaks:
• Steaks can be grilled, broiled, or cooked on the stovetop. When cooking on the stovetop, use a heavy skillet with oil and cook covered, over low to medium heat.
• To defrost a frozen steak, leave in refrigerator overnight. To marinate a frozen steak, place frozen meat in marinade in a sealed container in the refrigerator and allow to defrost and marinate at the same time.

Roasts:
• The easiest way to cook a roast to the doneness you desire is to use an oven thermometer (see doneness guide). Remember to let roasts set for 15-20 minutes after removed from the oven before serving. During this time, the temperature of the roast will continue to rise 5-10 degrees, so be sure to take this into account when deciding when to take the roast out of the oven.
Doneness Guide:
To cook beef safely and to the desired doneness every time, there is no better tool than a digital meat thermometer. The recommendations presented below are good guidelines for ensuring safe cooking. Remember that the temperature of large roasts will rise 5-10 degrees after being removed from the heat source.
