New for 2009!
Enjoy our Beef CSA year round! For the Spring and Summer quarters (May-July and Aug-Oct) the only difference from our winter CSA is that we'll need to arrange a pickup location, most likely at a farmer's market We will still be offering two share sizes, both of which will feature a variety of frozen cuts of beef. You can also choose to sign up for six months and receive an even better discount!
Share Sizes
Small: Perfect for 1 or 2 people. 6-8 pounds of beef per month.Three Month: $255
Six Month: $485
Large: Ideal for 3-5 people.10-12 pounds of beef per month.
Three Month: $405
Six Month: $750
All of our shares are comprised of approximately one third roasts, one third steaks, and one third assorted (ground beef, sirloin tips, stir-fry, etc.) |
